My Approach

My approach is tailored, relational and responsive, providing a compassionate environment where you can explore your unique lived experience. A place where you can discover more about how you relate to yourself, others and the world around you.

I work with the challenges and complexity of what it means to be human; embracing our messy contradictions, considering our unspoken desires and understanding how our past influences who we are today.

With over 20 years of experience in theatre, education and the arts, I bring a creative and dynamic perspective to my integrative psychotherapy practice. I recognise the profound impact that culture, community and social structures have on our lives. I am deeply committed to social justice, striving to create inclusive spaces where you can feel truly seen.

Psychotherapy Style

I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, specialising in Psychodynamic and Person-Centred approaches, while also incorporating IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Creative Practices.

I usually offer open-ended and longer-term therapy so we can take the time and space needed to work through in a detailed and meaningful way, to create sustainable and deep changes. However, I can also offer shorter-term work; therapy needs to work for you and your life, and this can mean different things at different times. We can discuss this in our free 30-minute consultation.

Qualifications, Training & Experience

I hold a level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of Westminster, which is GSRD-accredited with Pink Therapy.

I have also completed an introduction to Drama Therapy at Roehampton University and training in Relational Models, Queering Psychotherapy, Anti-Oppressive Practice, Sex & Relationships, Neuroscience in Therapy, Creativity in Wellbeing and Inner-Child work.

As well as my private practice, I have experience working with the NHS Primary Care Network, offering patients longer-term integrated therapy options.

Ethical Framework

As a member of the BACP and NCPS, I uphold their stringent code of ethics, I am fully insured and registered with the ICO
